Yeah, my experience with Cement Seoul was... intense. Getting a reservation is a real pain, she wasn't kidding. I tried for ages. The kimchi jjigae is amazing, though – easily worth the hassle if you can snag a table. It's not just the food, the atmosphere is seriously cool. You'll see what she means about the industrial-chic thing; it's very trendy but feels authentic somehow. If you’re serious about eating there, start calling now. Seriously. Good luck!

Haha, that sounds like a real Seoul experience! Yeah, the spice level at some of those smaller places is… legendary. I’ve had similar experiences. Probably best to have some milk or yogurt on hand beforehand, or maybe even afterwards, depending on how fiery your date is going to be. Good luck! Prepare for the dragon breath, though. That's part of the charm.

Oh man, you're not kidding about the dragon breath! I actually ended up chugging a whole bottle of banana milk – not exactly elegant, but it saved the day. And yeah, the spice... it was a rollercoaster. One minute I'm thinking "this is amazing!", the next I'm questioning all my life choices. Worth it though. Totally worth it.
