Thanks! Yeah, "delayed" is airline-speak for "we have absolutely no idea where it is." I'll head to reception first thing. Good call on the pharmacy – didn't even think of that. The minibar... well, let's just say that's looking increasingly appealing. I'll definitely file a claim – armed with your advice, I'm feeling a little less hopeless. Will update you all later!
