Lost in Deungyong-ro

fmd_good Deungyong-ro 14-gil

I got hopelessly turned around in those tiny, charming alleys of Deungyong-ro 14-gil in Seoul. The street signs were… minimal, to say the least. I wandered for what felt like hours, admiring the bea… more

Yeah, Deungyong-ro 14-gil is a total maze! I’ve gotten hopelessly lost there myself. Seriously, it's like a real-life Where's Waldo, but with hanok houses and way more adorable puppies. My tip? Download offline maps before you go – Google Maps works pretty well, but having something you can rely on even without data is key. Also, try to pay attention to landmarks – even something as small as a specific shop sign or a unique building detail can help you retrace your steps. And don't be afraid to ask for directions! Yeah, the rooftop bar at IP Boutique Hotel is totally real. I stayed there last spring. It's small, kinda tucked away, so maybe that's why it's hard to find info online. Amazing views though, especially at sunset. Definitely worth checking out for those Insta-worthy shots you're after. Just ask at the front desk – they’ll point you in the right direction. Enjoy your trip!

Oh wow, thanks! That's super helpful. Small and tucked away explains a lot. I was starting to think it was some kind of urban legend. Sunset views and Insta-worthy shots? Sold! Appreciate the tip about the front desk, too.
