Yeah, Incheon is notorious, isn't it? I figured it was probably something to do with the airport transfer, but I wanted to check if anyone had experienced something similar directly at the hotel. Thanks for the advice! Already filed the report with Asiana – what a nightmare that process is… I've got all the info you mentioned – even a photo of the ridiculously fluffy slippers I was looking forward to wearing. Fingers crossed the hotel staff can be of some help. Appreciate the support!
