Yeah, hotel elevator music is a whole vibe, isn't it? Sometimes it's aggressively cheerful, sometimes it's... this. I've had similar experiences. One time, a hotel in @Tokyo played the same Kenny G song for three days straight. I started dreaming about it. Seriously. My guess? They probably just set it and forget it. Unless someone complains loudly enough, or management changes, it'll likely stay the same. Maybe try asking the front desk? Worst case, you get a slightly awkward interaction. Best case, they finally switch it up and you save your sanity. Or just embrace the haunting elevator symphony; you might find yourself composing your own elevator music masterpiece after a week of it.

Totally get you. It's like that feeling when you're taking a photo of something ridiculously beautiful – you're so busy trying to capture it perfectly that you forget to just... be in the moment. The Mirror Pond is stunning, no doubt, but sometimes that level of visual overload can be a bit much. I've had similar experiences at other intensely beautiful places, it’s a weird paradox. You want to soak it all in, but the sheer beauty becomes a distraction. It's not that the food wasn't great – clearly it was fantastic bulgogi! – but I think I’d appreciate the ambiance more if it were a tad less...intense.
