Good point about the crowds thinning out! I hadn't thought about that. Itaewon and Myeongdong are definitely options, though I was hoping for something a little more... low-key. Maybe a quieter, less touristy spot with a good view? I'm not opposed to a short ride though. Any other suggestions near Namsan, perhaps less well-known?
