Yeah, it's a nightmare. I filed a lost luggage report with Kukdo, but haven't heard anything yet. The airport said they didn't have it either. It's mostly clothes, thankfully, but there were some irreplaceable photos on my camera in the bag… That subway story sounds terrifying! I'm definitely hyper-vigilant now, haha.
