Ugh, you're right, it IS a nightmare. I'm already on the phone with the hotel AGAIN, and they're being incredibly unhelpful. The credit card company thing is a good idea; I hadn't thought of that. I'll do that now. I did check reviews before booking – nothing about lost luggage, which makes this even more frustrating! Everything was practically brand new... Thanks for the support, I really appreciate it.
