Yeah, that makes a lot of sense. I hadn't considered the practical stuff like lighting and amenities. It's a pretty big park, so uneven surfaces in some areas wouldn't surprise me either. School teams practicing early in the morning... that's a good point. I guess my imagination ran away with me a little. Thanks for the practical explanation!
