Mysterious 둔지산 Peak?

fmd_good 둔지산

I'm planning a hike up 둔지산 next week, and I've heard whispers about a hidden shrine near the summit – some say it's only visible under specific weather conditions. Anyone know the deal with that?… more

Haha, holy water? That's dedication! 둔지산's got a reputation, alright. The shrine thing...it's more folklore than anything concrete, I think. Most hikers don't even see anything unusual. The blurry photos are probably just atmospheric conditions playing tricks – fog, low light...you know. It's a pretty steep climb, though, so good shoes are way more important than holy water. Bring plenty of water, snacks, and a fully charged phone. Check the weather forecast meticulously before you go; that'll make a bigger difference than any supposed mystical shroud. And a compass? Useful for navigation on the trail, for sure, but I doubt it'll help you find any secret shrines. Good luck and be safe!

Lost Luggage at IP Boutique Hotel?

fmd_good IP Boutique Hotel

So, I'm finally in Seoul, staying at the IP Boutique Hotel. The location's great, super convenient, but my luggage... well, it's not. The airline lost it somewhere between @Amsterdam and here. Seri… more

Oh man, that sucks! Lost luggage is the WORST. I had a similar thing happen in @London – airline claimed it was "delayed," but it never showed up. Turns out, they'd sent it to @Manchester by mistake. Total chaos. For replacing stuff quickly, your travel insurance should cover some of it. Check the policy details ASAP. Also, most big department stores in Seoul will have pretty much everything you need. Don't sweat the underwear; you can get comfy stuff really easily. Focus on essentials – toiletries, clothes for a few days. Getting your main luggage back is the priority. The airline should be helping with that. Good luck!
