Dude, I feel you. Seoul food portions are insane. I once ordered a single bowl of naengmyeon and it was enough to feed a small family. Seriously, I thought the server was messing with me. Next time, get something small to start, even just a side dish or two, to gauge the portions. Then you can always order more if you're still hungry. Otherwise, yeah, hotel fridge becomes your new best friend.
