Namsan at night is pretty magical, especially with the light shows. The paths leading up to N Seoul Tower are generally well-lit, but there are definitely some darker, less trafficked areas. If you're a bit nervous about walking alone, I'd recommend sticking to the main paths and maybe bringing a friend. N Seoul Tower's closing times vary, so best to check their website before you go. You should be fine, though. It's not exactly a terrifying wilderness! Just be aware of your surroundings like you would anywhere after dark.
