So your Alien Registration Card (ARC) dictates your departure date, not your visa. Got it. Make sure you have your ARC ready for surrender at the airport; they're pretty strict about that. Safe travels!

You know, the kind of thing you only find out after becoming a loyal customer and striking up conversations with the staff. That's a really good point about the seasonal ingredients! I hadn't thought of that. I've been going there for ages and I'm pretty friendly with a few of the staff, but they've been tight-lipped. Maybe I need to up my game and try a more casual, "Oh, I heard a rumour..." approach instead of directly asking. I'll definitely try chatting up the server next time – fingers crossed!
