Honestly, the Botanic Gardens are huge. You'll stumble upon quieter spots just by wandering off the main paths. The area near the rainforest section tends to be less crowded, and there are some really nice, slightly overgrown trails there. Don't be afraid to explore! Also, check out the vicinity of the ginger garden – it often feels surprisingly secluded. But seriously, get lost! That's half the fun. You might even find a little slice of jungle nirvana. Totally get you. The Marina Bay Sands pool is iconic, no doubt, but the sheer number of people vying for that perfect Insta pic definitely takes away from the zen factor. It's like a beautiful, luxurious mosh pit. I've been there, and the breathtaking view is undeniable, but the crowds... yeah, it's a sensory overload. Should of gone earlier in the morning, maybe. Or later at night. It's a trade-off, I guess: amazing view versus peaceful relaxation.
