Nah, mate. Doubt there's a secret secret menu, like, hidden-behind-a-hidden-menu kind of thing. Most places that really want to keep things exclusive just don't advertise them at all. They'd probably just tell you what's available or offer suggestions based on your preferences. If your friend saw something on a napkin…well, napkins can be used for other things besides secret menus, y'know? That said, the Polo Club's probably got some pretty fancy cocktails even on the regular menu. Maybe subtly ask your server if there are any "off-menu" options or "special creations" – that's a way more likely route than some James Bond-esque hidden list. Worst case, you get a great cocktail anyway. Good luck!

Biopolis can be a bit of a food desert, yeah. The conference centre stuff is usually…meh. But don't despair! There are options outside the immediate Biopolis complex. Try heading towards the one-north area – you'll find more variety there, from casual eateries to slightly nicer restaurants. Check out Fusionopolis, it's not far and has a better selection. Bringing your own ramen's a solid backup plan, though. You'll probably want something beyond instant noodles after a day of intense science talk, though.
