You know, the secret passageway idea is actually pretty tempting! I'd love to find some kind of forgotten history tied to it. The National Heritage Board sounds like a good next step, though. I'll shoot them an email. Thanks for the suggestion – I never even thought of that! It's so weird there's nothing at all about it online either. Makes you wonder what they don't want us to know... 😉
