Yeah, you're totally right about the AC lottery! It was like a game of chance, hoping it would actually work. I did contact them, but all they offered was a measly discount on my next stay... as if I'd ever go back! I should of just sucked it up and paid more for something decent. Live and learn, I guess. Thanks for the empathy though, it helps to know I wasn't alone in my suffering.
