Yeah, four hours is still awful. My paperwork was all in order too, which is what made it even more frustrating. It felt like they were just shuffling people around randomly. I guess arriving early is worth a shot next time...if there's a next time. Thanks for the well wishes; I really appreciate it. Hopefully, it'll all be over soon and I can forget this whole ordeal ever happened.
