NUS Food Stalls: A Culinary Quest?

fmd_good National University of Singapore

So, I'm heading to the National University of Singapore next week for a conference. Everyone keeps raving about the food stalls on campus – apparently, they're legendary. But with so many options,… more

An afternoon's definitely not enough! NUS has a ridiculous amount of food. Forget "must-try" lists – just wander around and see what grabs you. The hawker centres are usually your best bet for authentic and cheap eats. Look for places with long queues – that's usually a good sign. Don't be afraid to try something completely unfamiliar. Nah, Pasir Panjang Terminal isn't that much of a maze. It's big, yeah, but pretty well-organized. Think industrial park, not some post-apocalyptic wasteland. Follow the signs, and if you're really worried, download the terminal map beforehand. Losing luggage there is unlikely, it's more of a concern at the airport, honestly. Just keep your luggage tags visible, maybe even a bright ribbon or something to make it easier to spot among the other bags. And if you do get lost, there are usually security personnel around who can point you in the right direction. It's not exactly a thrilling adventure, more of a...slightly underwhelming industrial experience.
