Yeah, a rave behind the headboard?! That's a whole new level of "value." I think my geckos were more into interpretive dance than raving, thankfully. At least they were quiet after a while. The air-con was truly horrific though; I was sweating more than in a sauna. I'm definitely reconsidering my "value" hotel choices for future trips. Maybe a slightly nicer one isn't such a bad idea... even if it means eating instant noodles for a few extra meals.
