Yeah, I've been to Les Bouchons a couple of times. The food is fantastic, no argument there. But the service… it's definitely a bit of a lottery. Sometimes it's fine, other times it's painfully slow, like you said. I think it's just consistently busy, especially weekends. They could probably use a few more hands. So, not a fluke, but also not a dealbreaker for me personally because the food makes up for it. Just be prepared for a potentially longer wait.

Knowing the container yard layout before you arrive is half the battle. Once you're in there, rely heavily on the terminal's signage and any electronic tracking systems they might have. Don't be afraid to ask for help from the terminal staff – they see it all, every day. And yes, that strong coffee? Essential. You'll need it.
