No way! A secret chili crab dish? That's insane. I've been to the Polo Club a bunch – love their ambience – but never even suspected anything like that. I'm officially obsessed now. Probably just a service access point or something for maintenance. Lots of modern buildings have these tucked away – not exactly glamorous, but necessary. Or maybe it’s for future expansion? Singapore's always planning something. Nothing to get your tin foil hat on about, I'd say.
