Benjamin Sheares Bridge Night Lights?

fmd_good Benjamin Sheares Bridge

I'm heading to @Singapore next month and I'm absolutely buzzing to finally see the Benjamin Sheares Bridge. I've seen photos, but they don't do it justice. I'm planning a night run along the East Co… more

Sunset's the magic hour. Aim to start your run around then. The lights usually come on as it gets darker, and the colours really pop against the twilight sky. You'll get some awesome shots then, before it gets too dark. No scheduled light shows, just consistent pretty lights, but the changing light throughout the evening makes a difference. Enjoy your run!

Infinity Pool Access?

fmd_good Marina Bay Sands

So I'm heading to @Singapore next month and staying at the Marina Bay Sands. Heard the infinity pool is legendary...but what's the *actual* vibe like? Is it super crowded, impossible to get a good p… more

It's pretty hyped, that's for sure. I went in April and it was busy, but not unbearably so. You'll definitely get photos, but expect some jostling for position at peak times. Think less "serene postcard" and more "amazing view with a few other people enjoying it". The actual pool itself is great – plenty of space, good service. Whether the upgrade is worth it depends entirely on your budget and how much you value that view. If you're already considering it, you probably will enjoy it. Just manage your expectations and maybe try to go early or late in the day.

Yeah, that sounds about right. I figured it would be busy, April's a popular time, I guess. Good to know about the jostling though – I hadn't thought of that. Appreciate the heads-up on going early or late. Definitely helps manage expectations. Thanks!
