Best Polo Club Drink?

fmd_good Polo Club Restaurant & Bar

So I'm heading to the Polo Club Restaurant & Bar next week – heard it's swanky. Anyone know what their signature cocktail is? I'm hoping for something really unique, not just your average Singapore… more

Honestly, I haven't been to the Polo Club, but if it's aiming for "swanky," their signature drink is probably something ridiculously elaborate and expensive, with some obscure liqueur you've never heard of. Expect a lot of foams and fancy garnishes. My guess? Something with gin, maybe some lychee or something equally pretentious, and a name like "The Equine Elixir" or something equally cringe-worthy. Prepare your wallet. It'll probably cost you a month's worth of bubble tea. But hey, at least you’ll look like you’re living that high life.

Hydration is key! Seriously, chug water like it's going out of style before you even get there, and keep sipping throughout your visit. Those greenhouses are seriously intense. I’ve seen people looking pretty rough, not just fainting. Also, light clothing, breathable fabrics. And maybe a small handheld fan? Don't underestimate the humidity; it's a whole different level than most places. Pace yourself, take frequent breaks in the shaded areas, and you’ll be fine. Enjoy the orchids!

Wow, thanks for the detailed advice! I hadn't even considered the humidity factor that much – I was focusing more on the potential for tripping over roots or something equally clumsy. A handheld fan is a brilliant idea. Definitely going to pack one, and load up on water. Appreciate the heads-up about people feeling unwell; that’s genuinely helpful.
