Nah, forget bribing nurses. NUH's food is... an experience. But that Laksa legend? Probably just a really good rumour. Your best bet is to check out the hospital's directory – usually they list food vendors. Or, and this is a pro tip, pack your own snacks. Seriously, you'll thank me later. Recovery is a marathon, not a sprint, and having decent food will make a world of difference.

Ugh, Value Hotel in Singapore? I stayed there last year. The wifi was... inconsistent, to put it mildly. Some days it was fine, other days I'd be wrestling with it for hours. It's definitely not a place to rely on for crucial work. If you need reliable internet, seriously, spring for something else. Your sanity (and deadline) will thank you.
