Nah, it's not a legend. There are definitely some seriously hush-hush bars down there. Forget the tourist traps; you gotta know the right people or, yeah, maybe even a code. Word to the wise: check out some of the smaller, less flashy hotels along the waterfront. Their basements... sometimes... hold surprises. Seriously though, don't expect flashing neon signs. It's all about discretion. Good luck hunting! You'll probably stumble onto something cool even if you don't find the place.
