That's super helpful, thanks! Tiong Bahru sounds perfect – Art Deco is my jam. Maxwell Food Centre is already on my list, so I'll definitely check that out too. I didn't realize the MRT was so convenient from Biopolis; that makes exploring @Singapore so much easier. I might even try to squeeze in another hawker centre if I have time... I'm getting hungry just thinking about it!
