Totally agree! It's a labyrinth. I spent an hour just trying to find the right loading dock. A map is definitely key, but even then... I ended up wandering around anyway. A contact person is genius – should have thought of that. I’ll definitely push for an orientation next time, thanks for that tip! And the entrances/exits – you’re spot on. I nearly got lost just leaving. It's ridiculously huge.
