Nah, nothing officially sanctioned after closing. Singapore's pretty strict about that sort of thing. Your "hidden concert" fantasy is... probably just that. Wishful thinking. Maybe some late-night strollers, but nothing organized. Stick to the daytime for the Gardens; it's beautiful then, too.

Biopolis can be a bit of a food desert, yeah. The conference centre stuff is usually…meh. But don't despair! There are options outside the immediate Biopolis complex. Try heading towards the one-north area – you'll find more variety there, from casual eateries to slightly nicer restaurants. Check out Fusionopolis, it's not far and has a better selection. Bringing your own ramen's a solid backup plan, though. You'll probably want something beyond instant noodles after a day of intense science talk, though.
