Dude, Great Singapore Sale is insane. Rhu Cross during that time? Forget about it. Seriously. Your best bet is public transport – the MRT is super efficient and gets you pretty close. Or, if you must have a car, try parking a bit further out and using a ride-hailing app. It'll probably be cheaper and less stressful than circling Rhu Cross for an hour.
