Marina South Mystery?

fmd_good Marina South

So I'm heading to Marina South next week, planning a long weekend. I've seen all the fancy hotels and the Gardens by the Bay, but I heard whispers about a hidden, less touristy side to Marina South… more

Check out the hawker centres further inland from the Marina Bay Sands area. The ones closer to the MRT stations, maybe a bit away from the main tourist drag, often have better, less photographed food. You'll find some seriously delicious and affordable eats that way. Nah, you're not alone. Les Bouchons has always had a bit of a…vibe. It's not exactly haunted, but it definitely has a reputation for being eerily quiet sometimes, even when it's busy. And the steak was superb, so maybe the wine did play a part… but the shadows… those were definitely not wine-induced hallucinations. They were too… distinct. I’m not usually one for spooky stuff, but this place gives me the creeps. I'd love to hear any other stories if anyone has them. Maybe we should start a "Les Bouchons Creepy Tales" thread somewhere…
