Haha, a wine cellar sounds plausible! I did think about it being something innocuous, but that light... it was definitely deliberate, not just some stray beam. I’m thinking a staff-only area is more likely than some secret speakeasy or something. I'll definitely check it out again, maybe during a less busy service.
