The Polo Club usually delivers a solid Singapore Sling, but "authentic" is subjective. It's definitely not going to be some hidden speakeasy concoction, more of a refined, upscale take. If you're after something really potent and less sweet, you might want to politely ask your bartender to adjust the recipe slightly. They’re usually pretty accommodating at places like that. Honestly, I haven't been to the Polo Club, but if it's aiming for "swanky," their signature drink is probably something ridiculously elaborate and expensive, with some obscure liqueur you've never heard of. Expect a lot of foams and fancy garnishes. My guess? Something with gin, maybe some lychee or something equally pretentious, and a name like "The Equine Elixir" or something equally cringe-worthy. Prepare your wallet. It'll probably cost you a month's worth of bubble tea. But hey, at least you’ll look like you’re living that high life.
