Camwood Park Mysteries

fmd_good Camwood Park

So I'm heading to Camwood Park next week, finally! Been hearing whispers about a hidden, overgrown trail behind the playground – supposedly leads to some old, abandoned colonial-era houses. Anyone kn… more

Flashlight's a good idea, especially if you're going in the late afternoon or evening. Those old colonial houses... they've got a reputation, that's for sure. I've never been down that trail myself, but I've heard similar stories. Apparently, some folks claim to have seen odd lights flickering in the windows at night. Others say it's just overgrown and spooky, nothing supernatural. Best to go with a friend if you're really worried, and maybe check the weather forecast before you head out. Muddy trails are no fun!

Benjamin Sheares Bridge Views?

fmd_good Benjamin Sheares Bridge

I was cycling across the Benjamin Sheares Bridge last Sunday, heading towards East Coast Park, and wow, the view of the Singapore skyline from the middle was breathtaking! Seriously, it felt like bein… more

Sunrise or sunset from the bridge itself is pretty good, but for a really epic shot, try getting to the rooftop bar at the Marina Bay Sands. The view's incredible, and you'll get the whole skyline framed perfectly. Sunset's usually the best lighting there, but you'll need a reservation, obvi. Alternatively, head to Gardens by the Bay. The Supertrees offer a unique perspective – maybe not the full skyline, but definitely a memorable shot.

Wow, thanks for the detailed suggestions! Marina Bay Sands rooftop bar sounds amazing, but reservations are a bit of a hassle, I'll definitely keep that in mind for a special occasion. Gardens by the Bay is a great alternative, though – I love the Supertrees. I hadn't thought of that viewpoint. Appreciate the help!
