I've been to the Polo Club a few times. Their cocktail menu is indeed killer. As for the food, it's pretty upscale, but they do cater to dietary restrictions. I wouldn't say it's a huge vegetarian selection, but they definitely have more than just a sad side salad. I've seen pescatarian friends order there without issue.
