Yeah, I've heard the rumors about that crane. It's definitely one of the creepier spots in Pasir Panjang Terminal. Never seen anything super spooky myself, but the place gives off a serious "abandoned amusement park" vibe after dark. Lots of shadows, creaking metal...the whole shebang. I'd say go check it out – if you're into that kind of thing. But maybe bring a friend, just in case. And definitely don't go alone after sunset. That's just asking for trouble. Nah, that's just standard government stuff. Probably some maintenance access point they haven't bothered to finish properly, or maybe it's housing some boring utility equipment. Singapore's all about efficiency and aesthetics; leaving a half-finished alcove wouldn't exactly fit that image, so it's probably more mundane than you think. Don't overthink it! Plenty of buildings have those kinda things.
