Nah, Seafood Paradise's got a reputation, that's for sure. Chili crab is their bread and butter, obviously. Slow service? That's Singapore for ya sometimes, especially at popular spots. As for the secret menu item...your friend's probably pulling your leg. Places like that rarely have real secret menu items. It's more likely a dish they just didn't see on the menu, or maybe something they heard about from someone else who also heard it from someone else...you get the picture. Word of mouth inflates these things. If it was that amazing, it would've leaked by now. Trust me, I've lived in Singapore my whole life and chased down many a culinary ghost story...this sounds like one of them.

Nah, forget the "secret menu" stuff. Just tell your friend you heard about their legendary cocktails and want to try their best one. Bartenders love showing off their skills, especially the good ones at a place like that. They'll probably steer you towards something incredible anyway. Don't overthink it; it's Singapore, the drinks are gonna be awesome regardless.
