Yeah, Value Hotel wifi is notoriously bad. I've stayed there twice, and both times it was a struggle. It's like they're actively trying to make it unusable. My theory? They want you to spend all your time exploring instead of working remotely. Smart marketing, really... but still annoying. Next time, just suck it up and hit a cafe – you'll be way more productive, and probably get better coffee too.

Oof, that's a bummer about the service at Les Bouchons Rochester. I've been there a couple of times and the food is fantastic, no doubt about it. But yeah, the pacing can be... erratic, to put it mildly. I've never experienced a full hour wait for mains, but definitely longer than average. It's a small place, always packed, so I think that's a big part of it. Maybe they're understaffed? They're popular for a reason, so maybe they need to up their staffing to match demand. Your wine order disappearing is less forgivable though. I’d say it’s a mixed bag – amazing food, inconsistent service. Worth going back for the food, but manage your expectations.
