Seriously though, the hazmat suit comment is spot on! I actually ended up sweating so much I felt like I'd run a marathon. The fruity thing you mentioned... I'm thinking maybe tamarind? There was definitely a sour tang that cut through the insane heat. It was incredible, terrifying, and delicious all at once. I’m still thinking about it. Might need another trip to @Singapore soon… just to be sure.
