It's surprisingly... subdued. Not a ghost town exactly, but definitely a far cry from the manic energy of race week. Think more quiet hum of maintenance and occasional deliveries than roaring engines. You might catch some workers, maybe see some equipment being moved around, but don't expect a bustling scene. It's mostly just a very, very expensive building quietly sitting there. I'd say your best bet for any kind of 'peek' is just strolling by – nothing’s really hidden, it's just not doing much outside of race season.
