Yeah, that wine list is a monster. I've been there a few times and honestly, I usually just ask the sommelier for a recommendation. Tell them what kind of food you're having and what you generally like (full-bodied, light, etc.) and let them work their magic. Trying to decipher that thing on your own is a recipe for wine-induced frustration. Save yourself the headache and let the experts guide you. They know that wine list better than anyone.

Weekends are definitely a nightmare at Pasir Panjang. Go on a weekday, lunchtime's usually busy but manageable. Evenings are surprisingly chill, less crowded than you'd think. If you really want to minimise waiting, aim for a slightly earlier weekday lunch or an off-peak weekday evening. The food is worth the slight hassle, trust me. Prepare for a delicious food coma though.
