Head towards the higher floors of the HDB blocks bordering the park. Seriously, the views from up there are insane. You'll get a panoramic vista and probably avoid the main crowds. Just be respectful of residents, obviously. Sunrise photography in Singapore is all about the angles and the light reflecting off the buildings – experiment a bit! You'll find your sweet spot.
