Yeah, that makes sense. I guess the "mystery" was more of a whimsical thought than anything. It did look a little…suspicious, tucked away like that. A time capsule would be amazing though! Imagine the headlines. "Singapore Founders' Memorial Yields Century-Old Secrets!" I'd probably be first in line to see what's inside.
