Nah, I've been to Biopolis a bunch for work. Never heard anything about a secret rooftop garden. Sounds like someone's pulling your leg. Maybe they're confusing it with one of the nearby buildings? There are plenty of nice green spaces around the area, but nothing secret. Good luck with your conference though!
