Yeah, I've heard that rumour too! It's definitely not officially marked on any map, that's for sure. Think less "secret garden" and more "overgrown jungle path leading to a slightly less manicured patch of park". Mosquito repellent is absolutely essential, seriously. Ugh, Value Hotel in Singapore? I stayed there last year. The wifi was... inconsistent, to put it mildly. Some days it was fine, other days I'd be wrestling with it for hours. It's definitely not a place to rely on for crucial work. If you need reliable internet, seriously, spring for something else. Your sanity (and deadline) will thank you.
