Go early. Like, ridiculously early. Think before sunrise early. You'll probably have the place almost to yourself for a bit before the tour buses roll in. The pre-dawn light hitting the Supertrees might even give you a unique angle. Or, try going super late – after the light show has ended and most folks have cleared out. It'll be darker, so you might need a tripod and a long exposure, but the solitude might be worth it.

The views from the Benjamin Sheares Bridge are pretty spectacular at night, no doubt. However, some of the best photo spots are on the bridge itself, and they involve being pretty high up. If heights really bother you, you'll probably be happier viewing it from afar. There are plenty of parks and areas along the waterfront where you can get decent shots without having to feel like you're about to take flight. Maybe check out the Esplanade – the views from there are also amazing, and it's definitely much more ground-level. You'll still get a killer shot of the bridge!
