Oh man, NUH parking is the absolute worst. Total labyrinth. My advice? Get there early, like ridiculously early. Or, if you can swing it, use Grab or a taxi. Seriously, the time saved is worth the extra cost, especially given your grandma's situation. If you must park, try the lower levels first; they tend to fill up later.
