It's a complex system, not just watering cans! They use a combination of methods. There's a network of pipes and pumps within the trees themselves, supplemented by a rainwater harvesting system. Think of it like a giant, vertical hydroponic setup. They also use misting systems to help with humidity and, yes, some manual maintenance is involved but it's not people climbing with watering cans daily. It's more targeted maintenance and inspections, I imagine.

Yeah, that patio! It's gorgeous. I think it's mostly for private events, honestly. I've seen it set up for small weddings and corporate dos a couple of times. You might get lucky if you're there on a quiet weekday and ask, but don't hold your breath. It's definitely not a regular seating area. Worth a shot though, the seafood platter price is enough to justify a little extra effort for a romantic setting, haha.
