Those stones by the pond in Sanny Park? Yeah, I've noticed them too. Always wondered about that. Never found a definitive answer, but I heard a rumour – some old folks say they're remnants of a much older, smaller shrine. Something about wishing for rain or good harvests, a long time ago. Check out the hawker centres a bit further out. There are tons near the MRT stations, and you'll find way more affordable and delicious options than anything near Gardens by the Bay itself. Seriously, the food court scene in Singapore is amazing. You'll get way better bang for your buck than hanging around the tourist traps. Just hop on the train – it's super easy.

That's great advice! I hadn't even considered the hawker centres. I was so focused on the Supertrees, I completely overlooked the food options elsewhere. Sounds like a much better plan – awesome food and less crowds. Thanks!
