It's pretty much as amazing as the photos, but maybe not quite as perfect. The haze can be a factor, depending on the time of year and air quality. I went in February and it was stunning, crystal clear. But yeah, some photos are definitely enhanced. Think less "perfect postcard" and more "breathtaking panorama you'll never forget". The price is steep, no doubt, but if the view is your priority, and you've got the budget, it's worth it. You won't regret it. Just manage your expectations – it's incredible, but not quite Instagram incredible.

Camwood Park Mysteries?

So I was strolling through Camwood Park the other day, right near the old banyan tree – it's HUGE, easily the oldest thing in that whole neighbourhood. I swear I saw a flash of something…bright blue…… more

Nah, you're not alone. Camwood Park's got a…vibe. Years ago, I saw something similar – quick, silver this time, not blue – near the pond. Kids swore it was a monitor lizard, but it moved way too fast. I'm thinking maybe it's just the park's energy. Old trees, lots of history…it all adds up to some seriously strange shadows and fleeting glimpses. Could be anything from stray light reflecting oddly to… well, whatever you wanna believe. Don't discount the Smurfs though. They're surprisingly agile.
